Our managing director Sven-Jörg Buthmann (Dipl. Kaufmann) founded a recruitment agency for trainers and speakers in the discipline of business administration while still being a student. After graduating, he worked as a stock trader for a renowned bank at the stock exchange in Frankfurt / Main. In 1996 he co-founded Corporate Training and has been managing partner ever since. He has been trainer and coach for numerous companies from a wide range of industries. His many years of experience and passion – coupled with his personality and great ambition – are essential guarantees of success for his clients. He knows how to motivate participants to peak performance.
In his leisure time, he is an avid cyclist and is always looking for new challenges in running competitions (marathon, Tour-Trans-Alp) as well as events like the 100 km speed skating race.
