STRUCTURE AND LAYOUT
THE CONCEPT
To ensure maximum learning transfer, the training runs over two days. The first day includes an introduction to virtual communication, basic technical requirements and how to optimize your camera presence. On the second day, you will be given the task of preparing your own presentation and incorporating the points learned on the first day. We recommend an interval of approx. 7 – 14 days between the two online-live sessions to ensure sufficient practical experience and preparation time for the second day.

USE AND APPLICATION OF VIRTUAL COMMUNICATION MEDIA
The basics for successful videoconferencing. On the first day, learn everything about technical requirements, creating a professional setting, communication rules as well as the steps to consider before, during and after a video conference. PRESENT CONFIDENTLY AND CONVINCINGLY IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA
The practice day: Today it’s your turn! It’s all about expanding your individual presentation technique and putting yourself in the spotlight – within the framework of a prepared 5-minute presentation. Afterwards, you will receive constructive, appreciative feedback from our trainer.
