METHODOLOGY & DIDACTICS

Similar to our classroom training, the online-live version is designed to be interactive and fully reflects the training content. The online-live training spans over 2 days, with 3 hours each day and short breaks in between.

On the first day, participants will receive substantive input on the topic of price increases. On the second day, participants will conduct numerous simulations based on their own company-specific case studies on “price increases” to better prepare for upcoming business meetings.

To prepare for the workshop, we kindly request you to provide us with specific case studies, including figures, data, and facts, until approximately 2 weeks before the seminar starts.

Using the method of video analysis, participants have the opportunity to learn in various phases and assess their behavior for better results and behavior change. Each participant receives individual feedback, and learning points are developed collaboratively.
