CONTENT & METHODS
Just like our face-to-face training, the online-live version is interactive and reflects the complete training content. The online-live training runs for 2 days, 3 hours per day with short breaks in between.
On the first day, participants receive content input on the topic of price increases. On the second day, the participants will carry out numerous simulations – based on their own company-specific case studies on the topic of “price increases” – in order to be strengthened for the upcoming discussions.
In preparation for the workshop, we ask you to provide us with concrete case studies with figures, data, facts up to approx. 2 weeks before the start of the seminar.
Using the video analysis method gives participants the chance in different phases to learn and review their behaviour in order to improve it and achieve better results. Each participant gets individual feedback and works on learning points.
