ADVANCED WORKSHOP

For those who have completed the basic training, who have already used what they have learnt in practice and who are now ready for the next step.

In the advanced workshop, the participants will be encouraged to evaluate their experiences and achievements in the workplace and discuss these and other concerns with the tutors. A careful combination of practical case plays from your industry and specific refresher points produces an optimal learning effect. In short lectures, the trainer explains the four pieces of the puzzle and you practice these skills. The proven video analysis will once more form a major part of this training. This method ensures that the participants have the opportunity of learning throughout different phases and can examine their own behaviour for better results and changed behaviour patterns. The participants again receive individual feedback and expand the learning points.
