In the basic workshops, each participant learns how to apply techniques and tactics which optimize his/her personal negotiating style and achieve better and faster negotiating results.


The number of case plays, from the bilateral to the multilateral, and their difficulty, varies in the 2 and 3-day courses. Those with less experience in negotiation should first take part in a 3-day workshop. These include a pre-analysis based on the questionnaire or the points to be covered by the trainers.


Minimum requirement is 3 years’ job experience in a negotiating-oriented position. Good English is a must. This workshop can also be tailored to your specific needs as an inhouse programme.
