In the basic workshops, each participant learns how to apply the techniques and tactics to optimize his/her personal negotiating style and achieve better and faster negotiating results.


The number of caseplays, from the bilateral to the multilateral, and their difficulty, varies in the 2 and 3-day programmes. Those with less experience in negotiation should first take part in a 3-day workshop. A pre-workshop questionnaire enables us to analyse individual requirements and concentrate on the points which need to be addressed.


Minimum requirement is 3 years’ job experience in a negotiating-oriented position. Good English is a must.
