In the basic workshops, each participant learns how to apply the techniques and tactics to optimize his/her personal negotiating style and achieve better and faster negotiating results.


The number of caseplays and their level of difficulty in both the bilateral and multilateral spectrum vary in the two and three-day programmes. Those with less extensive job and negotiating experience are advised to begin with a three-day workshop. A pre-workshop questionnaire enables us to analyse individual requirements and concentrate on the points which need to be addressed.


Minimum requirement is 3 years’ job experience in a negotiating-oriented position. Good English is a must.
